From the inside out: why engaging employees is the first step to engaging the consumer.
Internal engagement strengthens reputation, culture, and experience. Strong brands begin when employees understand and live the purpose.
CASES
Renault recognizes the strategic role of its employees as the main spokespeople for the brand and, therefore, constantly invests in internal marketing initiatives to engage them and align them with new products.
In the case of the Renault Captur, the challenge was to create an experience that was accessible, informative, and engaging for all team profiles, from corporate to industrial areas.
The solution was to transform training into entertainment through a game: the Captur Game. Inspired by the classic Genius, the game invited employees to test their memory with sequences of lights and sounds, where each element referred to an attribute or feature of the new vehicle.
This playful approach broke down the barriers of traditional communication, generating knowledge organically and enthusiastically preparing the team for the official launch. Check out the video to learn more.
