I am a Renault

How does a company regain the pride of 6.000 employees who no longer connect with one of its main communication channels?

We've abandoned mass production and moved towards radical personalization.

Instead of one portal for everyone, we created one portal for each individual.

A project that became Renault's main internal communication channel and reconnected an entire company.

Challenge

With a huge audience and very diverse profiles, the generic approach of Renault's old internal communication portal, "Fala Renault," had lost relevance and no longer engaged those who needed it. The challenge was to rekindle pride in belonging to the brand and build an effective communication channel that was interesting and useful for each of the company's employees in Brazil.

Idea

Our response was to treat each employee as a unique individual. We created "I am Renault," a portal where each employee had their own address and a customized space with their name and face. The platform was designed as a corporate social network, combining news and services with a gamification system to encourage daily participation. Fully responsive, the portal delivered a tailored experience on any device.
