AES in Schools
There is the energy that lights up houses and the energy that moves people.
In a project for AES Eletropaulo, our job was to connect these two forces.
We're getting the new generation to think about consumption in a different way, transforming a complex topic into a powerful engagement tool.
The result was a spark that ignited a major change in the community.

Challenge
The “AES Eletropaulo in Schools” program, active since 2009, was a success. The great challenge, therefore, was not to correct a problem, but to innovate in order to remain relevant. It was necessary to evolve to continue engaging students and educators in a surprising way, ensuring that the theme of conscious consumption continued to generate real impact.
Idea
The solution was a change in methodology, from "learning the concept" to "learning by doing." To this end, we created the Energy Efficiency Action Hubs (NAI), an experiential marketing initiative that transformed students into agents of change. Supported by a complete digital ecosystem, with a portal, simulator, and teaching materials, they had the mission of creating and executing projects in their own communities.
Main results
Energy savings sufficient to power 872 households for a month.
Over 100 schools reached in the first phase of the new strategy.
Nearly 100.000 students and educators impacted.
Generating spontaneous media coverage and great visibility for the project.
